Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
Carriers and rates
Orders ship by USPS or UPS. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.
Processing time
In-stock items are processed as quickly as possible after your order is placed. Items ordered Keyed Alike, Master Keyed, keyed to an existing system, cut keys, and special-order items are made to order and take longer. If your order will take longer than expected, we will email you with an estimate.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Sales tax
Florida sales tax is added at checkout for orders shipped to Florida addresses.
Local pickup and installation
We do not offer in-store pickup. Professional installation is available in Collier and Lee County, Florida. Email us to schedule.
Damaged or missing packages
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, email us within 3 business days of the delivery date with your order number and photos of the package. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details.
